Yuzvendra Chahal Finally Conquers Virat Kohli in IPL 2026 Clash

Punjab Kings (PBKS) leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal finally got the big wicket of Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) icon Virat Kohli with a smart and well-planned delivery during the ongoing IPL 2026 clash at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala on Sunday, May 17.

Yuzvendra Chahal delivered the slower ball and gave it good flight around middle and leg stump to tempt his former RCB teammate Virat Kohli into attacking. The informed batter tried to play a stylish, wristy flick towards the leg side and wanted to clear the fielder at deep mid-wicket.

However, the ball went much straighter and toward the fielder. Kohli failed to get enough height on the shot, so instead of going over the boundary, the ball stayed in the air, and Priyansh Arya, who was standing at deep mid-wicket, judged it perfectly and completed a stunning catch.

Chahal eventually provided a massive breakthrough to PBKS as Kohli went back to the pavilion after scoring a brilliant knock of 58 runs off 37 balls, including 4 fours and 3 sixes.
